This road does not show in my GPS. A quick consult with google maps confirms this as Jalan Kwok Min
Jalan Kwok Min is at the left. T15 Mandai entrance should be at the right.

How do you know if you are nearing the Mandai end of T15? You will be going downhill on a badly pockmarked 'paved' road. Instead of going that route, I saw a trail almost hidden by tall grass. The trail went up... and up ... and up... and up some more until I reached a point under BKE.
