Authorities have finally blocked the last 1/3rd of Bukit Timah loop.You now have to go up to Rifle Range Road, turn right, go down until you reach the first flyover ... just before you reach the flyover, you will see a small entrance with a locked metal 'gate' to your right. You will have to enter there, go straight and then turn left once you see a junction. This left turn will lead you back to the Visitor Centre.

Or... of course, our rides in BF trail and Ketam trail makes us experts in squeezing in between trees. You could always squeeze in the space on the right side of the barrier. I have seen at least two riders do it this morning.
